Corbin's First Haircut

We took Corbin to Cookie Cutters, a kid's hair salon, to get his first haircut tonight. He was very brave and he seemed to enjoy the variety of vehicles. He even tried out the pink cruiser for girls. Here he is below seated in the fire truck before he gets his goldy locks cut.

 

 

They bribe the kiddos into sitting still with the fancy seats and a video of course. Corbin was watching some stop motion animation starring a frog with a bad British accent.

 

Here is the new handsome, more mature Corbin James.

 

Goodbye Curls!

Corbin looks very handsome and all grown up! I was so sad to see the curls go, but I managed not to cry.

 

Corbin managed to try out every seat at Cookie Cutters, while he was waiting for his balloon to be blown up...his gift for being brave. They even had a digger!

 

They also had a plane! Unfortunately there was no train.

Corbin desperately wanted to go into Chuck E. Cheese's, which is right next door to Cookie Cutters. We told him that once he started using the big boy potty and he isn't wearing diapers any more, then he could go. As fast as he is growing, that will most likely be next week. The picture below was taken before we went into get his haircut.

 

Cruisin' on his Big Wheel

Corbin has spent most of the summer pushing himself around Fred Flintstone style on his Big Wheel. But now he can finally reach the pedals! He was having a blast on Wednesday riding around.
